Our project sites are designed in a cluster format (cluster of 5 to 20 units) nearby to villages and situated within 2 to 3 hours of driving distance from Mumbai and Pune. The sites are close to National / state highways for easy access and close to villages for security and safety.

With the senior team having a combined industry experience of over 60 years backed by a five member and growing execution team, HNH team has set its eyes on developing many such projects in the near future.

Sanjoy B. Das

Sanjoy is a post graduate in Business Management with 22years of experience in Real Estate Development and Land Acquisition. He has previously worked in a leading role with Larsen and Toubro, LAVASA and Xerox.

Abhay Singh

Abhay is a post graduate in Business Management with 14 years of experience in Business Development and Land measurement. He has previously worked with corporate companies like Shoreline Infra among other infrastructure Companies.

Tannistha Mitra

Tannishta Mitra is a Mathematician by profession and an expert in Horticulture and Floriculture.
